Q1: What if the cedar block has no smell when I open the package

A: Our cedar wood is sourced from the U.S. and processed in China before being shipped to customers in the U.S. The natural scent may fade during drying and shipping. Lightly sand the surface with the included sandpaper to refresh the cedar aroma.

Q2: How long does the cedar scent last after I start using them?

A: The natural scent may fade over time depending on airflow. Lightly sand the surface anytime to release fresh cedar oils and refresh the aroma.

Q3: The blocks seem very small. Will they work in my closet?

A: Yes. Their slim size fits easily in drawers, shoes, and storage bags. For larger closets, simply place multiple blocks throughout the space for better coverage.

Q4: Are these really made of real aromatic cedar?

A: Yes. They are made from 100% U.S.-sourced Aromatic Red Cedar. Natural scent strength may vary, and lightly sanding the surface helps refresh the cedar aroma.

Q5:What is the root cause of the light scent?

A: The natural cedar scent may become lighter during drying and shipping. This is normal for natural wood and does not affect the quality of the cedar.
