.

Eliminate harmful chemicals by going organic!

Many mattresses today are made with potentially harmful chemicals that can leach out or “off-gas” into your child’s bedroom air. These mattresses often contain polyurethane foam, flame retardants, glues, biocides, and chemical water repellent treatments. Replacing these materials with certified organic and non-toxic ingredients is an excellent way to avoid unnecessary exposure to these chemicals. We feature organic cotton throughout while meeting all flammability requirements without ANY FLAME RETARDANTS OR FLAME BARRIERS WHATSOEVER! With Naturepedic, you not only get organic cotton fabric and filling, but the entire finished mattress is certified organic as well. Say NO to toxic chemicals with a Naturepedic kids mattress!

Wipe-Clean Waterproof Surface

The waterproof side comes in handy for bed-wetters, especially if the mattress pad comes off, is in the wash, or was forgotten entirely. Easily wipes clean with regular soap and water!

Luxurious Quilted Surface

Once bedwetting is under control, just flip the mattress over for a more mature quilted feel. This side feels like a true big kids bed!

Organic Cotton Fabric & Filling

Organic cotton is the purest form of cotton and a healthier alternative to synthetic fabrics and foams. Naturepedic uses only U.S. grown and certified organic cotton as filling for its mattresses.

Comfortable Support

Whether your child is on the quilted side or the waterproof side, rest assured they’ll be comfortable. With generous layers of organic cotton over a high quality premium innerspring, the 2-in-1 feels solid, supportive and comfortable.

Our unique technology

How does Naturepedic make its kids mattresses waterproof? We coat an organic cotton fabric with an eco-polymer made from non-GMO sugarcane. This results in an easy-to-clean surface that is truly waterproof, extremely durable, and so safe it actually meets food contact standards. The best part is that it wipes clean with regular soap and water.

A Waterproof Surface So Pure, It Actually Meets Food-Contact Standards

Made from organic cotton and sugarcane!

The 2-in-1 is beautifully tailored with a luxurious quilted finish on one side and a smooth waterproof surface on the other. This design allows you to choose the side that works best for your child based on their development.

The built-in waterproof side provides extra protection for training toddlers NO Water-Repellant Chemicals (e.g. PFOA, PFOS) NO Flame Retardants of Any Kind NO Glues or Adhesives GOTS, MADE-SAFE and GREENGUARD CERTIFIED
